Recorded delivery is an additional £1.10.
Overseas orders are dependant on weight, this is shown in checkout prior to making payment.
♥ Payment ♥
We accept the following payment types:
Paypal, Credit/Debit card (processed via Paypal), postal orders and bank transfer.
If paying via postal order, please use the online ordering system, which will offer you all the payment options, and provide the payment details.
The site will give you an order number, which will make processing your order faster.
♥ When will my item arrive? ♥
Our usual dispatch time is within 2 working days following payment clearance for instock items (Monday - Friday).
Handmade items are usually dispatched within 5 working days (this may be longer during busy periods). Handmade trade/large orders are normally dispatched within 2 weeks.
We use Royal Mail, and you may be required to sign for delivery. Requests to leave items in safe places or with neighbours need to be arranged with Royal Mail.
All orders outside of the UK are sent international signed for, or AirSure, both of which will require a signature on delivery.
Please allow 10 days (UK), and up to 21 days (worldwide) for your items to arrive.
Before contacting us about a lost/delayed order, please:
- Check your order status in your account
- Has it been 10 days since your order was dispatched? An email is sent to confirm dispatch.
- Have you contacted your local sorting office to see if they are holding your order and it is awaiting collection? You can find your local sorting office by calling Royal Mail on 08457 740740.
♥ Can I return the item I ordered? ♥
We want you to love your beads - so we offer no quibbles returns - including original postage*.
Please contact us with order details, within 7 working days of receipt.
* When charged, and whole order is returned. Please note wholesale items ordered in specially are not returnable, and items cut to your custom length, unless faulty.
♥ Do we have a paper catalogue? ♥
Every day new products are added to the site to bring you the latest products as soon as possible.
A paper catalogue would not be up to date, or would be very expensive to keep up to date.
We have chosen to keep the price of the products down by using the website as our catalogue.
♥ Do you supply businesses? ♥
We supply many businesses and schools with our products.
All items must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.
We can supply wholesale lots of most items on the website, at a reduced price to retail price (items may need to be ordered in). Please email with details of the items you are interested in for a quote.
♥ Why am I having trouble adding items to my basket? ♥
Please note that you MUST click confirm after you are returned to our website (from Paypal) to complete your order.
