Sizes/colours are guidelines only.  Some items are handmade, so slight variations are to be expected.

♥ When will my item arrive? ♥

Our usual dispatch time is within 48 hours following payment clearance (please remember cheque clearance takes longer). 

We use Royal Mail first class, and you may be required to sign for delivery.  All worldwide orders are sent via Airmail, and sometimes international signed for, or AirSure, both of which will require a signature on delivery. 

Please allow 10 days (UK), and up to 21 days (worldwide) for your items to arrive. 

♥ Can I return the item I ordered? ♥

We would be grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible, before dispatch if you can.  But we appreciate this is not always possible. 

On receipt of your item please contact us with order details, and alert us if there is a problem, within 14 days. 

Return postage and packing costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  We recommend Royal Mail recorded delivery. 

Items and packaging should be received in original, resaleable condition. 

Made to order items (including items cut to order) will not be returnable. 

We always refund the cost of item/s plus original postage (when charged, and whole order is returned), but not the cost of returning the items.  A 'restocking' fee or other such penalty is never applied.

All items remain the property of dizzybeads until paid for in full. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products available through this website meet your specific requirements (and where appropriate, tested for specific uses), and any item you make with the products are safe and secure.  This website contains content which is owned by us, and unauthorised use is prohibited. Unauthorised use of this site may be an offence and may give way for a claim.  Links to this website from other sites are not allowed without previous agreement.  All quantities given are approximate, and where stated, a mix is not guaranteed to contain all colours/letters shown; the photo is for guidance only.

Any items made to look like any type of food are not edible, and are sold on the terms you will create jewellery with your purchases from this site.  The beads must not be sold on.

It is your responsibility to ensure any jewellery/item you make with these beads and charms is safe.  They are not suitable for children.
