♥ Can I return the item I ordered? ♥

We would be greatful if you could let us know as soon as possible, before dispatch if you can.  But we appreciate this is not always possible. 

On receipt of your item please contact us with order details, and alert us if there is a problem, within 7 working days. 

Return postage and packing costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  We recommend Royal Mail recorded delivery. 

Items and packaging should be received in original, resaleable condition.   Please contact us so we know your items are coming back.

Made to order items, including items cut to order and wholesale handmade fimo items are not returnable. 

We always refund the cost of item/s plus original postage (when charged, and whole order is returned), but not the cost of returning the items (unless item is incorrect or faulty). 

A 'restocking' fee or other such penalty is never applied.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Wholesale items we order in for businesses are not returnable.

Please note that if you fail to collect your package from the post office, you will need to pay the second postage cost to have it resent.

Overseas buyers  -  You are responsible for any customs charges your country applies.  It is your responsibility to know your country's rules.

 

The Food Imitation (Safety) Regulations 1989 

Please note the following important information in relation to purchases of any items (beads, charms, pendants etc) resembling sweets, cakes, fruit or other foodstuff. The aforementioned products are sold to you, the customer, on the understanding that they will be made into items of jewellery for resale.

The individual beads must not be resold by you to non-commercial (private) buyers as they do present a potential choking hazard and as such do not comply with section 4 of the Food Imitations (Safety) Regulations 1989.

It is your responsiblity that jewellery made with Imitation Food beads is safe and secure.  The beads are not edible and they are not suitable for children due to choking hazard.

This applies to every food item on our website.

Some of our handmade (by us) items are made to order, and dispatch may be longer.  If you need alot of items quickly, please email and advise which products and timescale. On occasion items that do not state made to order will need to be made (usually if that line has been particularly popular).

Please note that I DO NOT permit the recasting (inc. mould making) from ANY of my handmade items.

Manufacturers/brands do not endorse any of the products.
