If you are contacting us about an order, please include your order ID, along with a payment ID (Paypal/Google). 

Alternatively, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account:

Pending - Awaiting payment / clearance of payment

Processing - Your order and payment have been successful, and we are preparing your package (usual dispatch is 48 hours)

Completed - The items you selected have been dispatched and should be with you very shortly

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your order to arrive; Royal Mail first class delivery can take up to 5 working days.

During busy periods delivery times may be longer.
